Bo began a 35 year career of multi-media experience in the newsroom of the Daily American Republic, gaining almost two years of journalistic training while attending Three Rivers College.
A broadcast career was sparked with radio and following graduation from the Columbia School of Bradcasting, Bo held positions as an on-air personality, production voice-over talent, program director, commercial script writer and account executive over a five year period.
A 20 year television career began in 1980 with KFVS-TV, with whom he was affiliated again after returning home from Birmingham, Alabama. 11 Years of his TV career was spent as a General Sales Manager of ABC, CBS and NBC stations. He became the first Local Sales Manager of Alabama's ABC based in Birmingham. (The 35th largest TV market in the country at that time.)
Bo switched chairs from a "seller" to a professional media buyer in the position of Marketing Manager of Poplar Bluff City Cable, and implemented a multi-media capaign that added 1,600 new subscribers in 18 months from the launch of the new system. That growth represented an increase in the system's market value of about $5 million. He then marketed the launch of a high speed internet service that contracted over 1,350 clients in less than a year.
The expertise that was gained from those multi-media career experiences is now being applied to produce results fo the agency's clints.
